This website is run by Daniel Brown MSc, trading as The Stoic Architect, based in the United Kingdom. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it. How we handle personal data is set out separately in the privacy policy.
2. Not professional advice
Everything here, including the book, articles, emails, the F5IVE Score, the Identity Profile and the courses, is general education about personal development. It is not medical, psychological, financial, investment, legal or religious advice, and it doesn't take your personal circumstances into account.
Before making decisions about your health, money or faith, speak to a suitably qualified professional or scholar. If you are struggling with your mental health, contact your GP, or call Samaritans free on 116 123 at any time.
3. The F5IVE Score and Identity Profile
Both are self-reflection tools based on your own answers. Your results describe how you answered, not who you are, and they are not a clinical or psychometric assessment. The Identity Profile is for adults aged 18 and over. If you create an account, keep access to your email secure, because sign-in links are sent there.
4. Our content
The text, frameworks, graphics and design on this site, including the F5IVE Framework and the Vision to Victory name and cover, belong to Daniel Brown. You are welcome to read, print and share links for your own use. Please don't copy, republish, sell or build products from our content without written permission. Short quotes with credit and a link are fine.
5. Courses
Joining a founding list costs nothing and commits you to nothing. When a paid course opens, it will be sold through our course platform with its own checkout terms, which will set out the price, what you get, and the 30-day money-back guarantee. Your statutory rights as a UK consumer are not affected.
6. Liability
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we can't promise it will always be error-free or online. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, we are not liable for losses that come from relying on general information on this site, or from using linked third-party sites, which are run by others.
7. Law and contact
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live elsewhere in the UK you can also bring proceedings in your local courts. We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do.
